Bihar NEET AYUSH 2025: Registration, choice filling begin for 1,124 BAMS, BHMS, BUMS state quota seats

Download EBookThe Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has begun the Bihar AYUSH round 1 registration and choice filling for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses in government and private AYUSH colleges.
Bihar NEET AYUSH registration and choice filling portal will be available from September 23 to September 29 up to 10 pm. Candidates ranked in the Bihar NEET AYUSH merit list based on the rank list published by the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be eligible for admissions.
According to the Bihar AYUSH seat matrix, of the 230 seats sanctioned in government colleges, 192 will be allotted under the state quota. Private colleges in the state have a total of 430 homeopathy seats, of which 365 are reserved under the Bihar state quota.
Similarly, out of the 160 seats available for Unani courses, 136 are reserved for state quota candidates applying under the Bihar NEET AYUSH counselling. Of the 507 seats available for Ayurveda courses in private medical colleges, 431 are reserved for state-quota candidates.

Bihar NEET AYUSH 2025: 7 simple steps to apply
The BCECEB Board has announced 7 steps to register and fill choices for round 1 Bihar NEET AYUSH counselling.
Step 1 - Candidates will have to authenticate their identity using their NEET UG roll number. Following this, their name and date of birth will be displayed on the screen. After authentication, an OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address. Candidates will have to enter the code as displayed to register for AYUSH counselling.
Step 2 - In this multi-step application form, candidates are required to fill their personal, contact, and academic details, and proceed to upload photo, signature, and certificates in the prescribed format.
Step 3 - Students are required to review the details entered in the first two steps and confirm the information is correct.
Step 4 - Proceed to make the payment. College-wise registration and security deposit details are given below.

Step 5 - After payment, candidates will have to fill their choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference. They will be allowed to modify their choices by clicking the "unlock choices" link by authentication through their password and OTP.
Step 6 - Now, proceed to download the confirmation page and fee receipt.
Step 7 - After submission and locking of filled up choices candidate may download or take a print of their filled up choices by clicking the "View Filled Choices" link available on the dashboard.
