The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has declared the Bihar NEET UG stray vacancy allotment 2025 results for vacant MBBS and BDS seats. Candidates who applied for the final counselling round can check their admission status on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
As per the Bihar NEET UG seat matrix 2025, a total of 299 seats were lying vacant after three rounds of state-level counselling. The Bihar NEET UG rank card was uploaded on November 21 for all registered candidates.
Based on the choices filled in by candidates, the Board declared the seat allotments. Candidates will be able to download the Bihar NEET UG seat allotment order from November 25 to 29. The final document verification will be carried out at the allotted medical colleges between November 27 to 29.

Bihar NEET UG 2025 opening and closing rank
The opening and closing rank for Bihar NEET UG final round counselling has been published. According to the Bihar MBBS cut-offs 2025, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Patna had the highest cut-off of 27331 NEET UG rank and Government Medical College Bettiah closed its admission with a lowest NEET rank of 1282063.
