Subscribe NowNEW DELHI AUGUST 20: Bihar TET Notification 2019 will brings good news for teaching aspirants as the Bihar TET Exam notification can be released anytime soon. This comes after speculations were made that the Bihar Board has started the preparations to conduct Bihar TET in 2019. The board is aiming to hold the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test by December 2019. According to media reports, the search for an agency who will organise the STET has started. The report also indicated that the processes shall be online this time. Filling the application form to other activities like the release of admit card, results and other important notifications will take place in online mode.
If reports are to believed, around 5 lakh aspirants can apply for the BTET / BETET / BSTET exam.
2011-2012 was the last time the teacher's eligibility test was held in Bihar. That time, around 60,730 candidates passed the TET for classes 1 to 5, 87,254 passed the TET for Class 6 to 8. The vacancies for these teachers in the schools were 89,429, and 46,635 respectively.
Candidates are advised to visit the official website of Bihar Board, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/ for the application form, as there is no separate website for specifically for Bihar TET. Launch of a completely dedicated website for the Bihar TET can also not be denied.
Upon release, candidates will have to submit their details in the online form. Like personal information, educational, contact, and exam related details. The Bihar TET 2019 Application form will also have fields to upload photograph and signature. Auto-generated emails and SMS will be sent to the applicants. A facility to edit the application form to rectify errors can also be expected. Based on the media reports, candidates will also get to chose the centre and language preferences for the examination. The application fee payment will also be online.
As per reports, only B.Ed qualified candidates can appear for STET.
