BIMTECH celebrates 33rd foundation day virtually

Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida recently celebrated its 33rd Foundation Day and 151st birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, howbeit virtually adjusting to the new normal. The celebration was in accordance with the Birla legacy of traditions and knowledge in the form of a long carnival of art, culture, values, and knowledge conceptualized by Director H. Chaturvedi.
The institute celebrated the event in the presence of Dr Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM-Bengaluru, an author who was the chief guest for the day. The main theme of his speech was "Innovation and Atmanirbhar Bharat".
Felicitation Ceremony
This was followed by a felicitation ceremony of Basant Kumar Birla Distinguished Scholar Award, to the awardees. Along with this, the faculty and staff were also felicitated for successfully completing a decade at this institution. The Annual Activity Report was released and the institute successfully launched its Centre for Online Studies (COOLS).
The event ended with a flute performance by MD. Ayaaz Qureshi, a first-year student of PGDM at BIMTECH.
