BIMTECH holds convocation for online PGDM batch 2023; 75% learners awarded degrees

This programme is the first internationally recognised AACSB accredited online PGDM course. BIMTECH awarded first batch of the programme with degrees.
NEW DELHI: The Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida hosted its convocation ceremony for the first batch online post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) at the the Greater Noida campus. Nearly 75% of the students enrolled in the programme were awarded with degrees.
The BIMTECH convocation was held in hybrid mode with students receive their degrees at the BIMTECH campus and through the live ceremony online. The ceremony also conferred awards to outstanding students. The convocation was attended by guests such as management professionals, academicians, and industry leaders, who shared their insights and experiences with the graduates.

The two-year BIMTECH online PGDM programme, in collaboration with upGrad, offers dual specialisations in areas such as marketing, finance, analytics, operations and general among others. The blended learning, with both live and recorded lectures, makes it more appealing to working professionals that also comes with extensive hands-on training and is comparable to the offline programme.
The PGDM programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the functional areas of business, as well as the skills and knowledge required in business environment with emphasis on practical, hands-on learning, and provides students with opportunities to work on real-world projects.
