BIMTECH launches 15 months PGDM Executive programme

NEW DELHI, JULY 05: Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) launched PGDM (Executive), 15 months full time programme and gets to top b-schools league of India. The first batch will start the academic session 2019. The novelty of the programme include New Age Economy orientation, innovation and business transformation focus along with functional skills and knowledge, global exposure and Indian practice module. Hence, he said that students should raise their bar and become valuable intellectual capital of their organizations so as to sustain in the changing economies and VUCA business environment, said Dr P Dwarkanath, Non-Executive Chairman of GSK, speaking at the launch of the new programme PGDM Executive and commencement day of the 32nd PGDM academic batch.
S Y Siddiqui, Chief Mentor at Maruti Suzuki, while sharing about the successes and challenges faced by Maruti Suzuki due to disruptive technologies, he glaringly highlighted the future skills, competencies and mindsets mandatory for sustaining in the VUCA world. He mentioned about the changing face of HR because of excessive automation, and millenials thought process.
Executive PGDM is new programme by BIMTECH to cater the academic needs of the professionals who have 5 years or more experience. The skills demands and the leadership gap studies by several consulting firms including Deloitte, Accenture, BCG any others who are assessing the leadership and market skills of tomorrow identify middle managers pipeline as serious concern.
AICTE approved Executive PGDM Programme is 15 months full time with qualifying criteria of graduation degree and 5 years of minimum work experience. The national tests as identified by AICTE i.e. CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT are the eligible admission tests scores. BIMTECH motivates high diversity in the class in gender, work experience, region and work profile; and designs to create a great classroom experience for all the participants.
