Birla Institute of Management Technology Greater Noida gets AACSB accreditation

NEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, gets an accreditation from Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The Institute now joins the top B-schools in India and abroad.
The USA based accrediting body, AACSB provides a framework to assess quality of education with 15 international standards. These standards are categorized into three broad areas including strategic management and innovation for accounting academic units, accounting learning, and teaching, and accounting academic and professional engagement and professional interactions. The peer-review process ensures that the school meets all the standards in teaching, research, curriculum, and learner success.

BIMTECH has also opened admission for the 2023-25 for two-years full-time residential post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) programmes that are All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved and are an equivalent to master's in business administration (MBA). The programme offers dual specialisations in marketing, finance, information technology (IT), analytics, banking, insurance and financial Services (BIFS), operations and general.
Sharing her delight on achieving this milestone, BIMTECH, board of governors, chairperson, Jayashree Mohta, said: “This reputed international recognition is a demonstration of our Institute’s strong focus on continuous improvement to drive innovative teaching, research, curriculum development, and student learning.”
