The CoE is focused on upcycling agricultural waste into a profitable resource for a variety of stakeholders.
The CoE repurposes agricultural waste and makes it available to innovators, researchers, academics, business, entrepreneurs, and incubators. It also focuses on creating key R and D, testing, and validation facilities, as well as design, engineering, and verification skills.
The CoE offers resources by establishing a collaborative ecosystem of entrepreneurs, industrial players, academics, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), students, and farmers to absorb and use CoE-developed modern technology.
Ramgopal Rao, vice chancellor, BITS Pilani said. “BITS Pilani and its unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable practices has always been our focus and this recognition is a testament to that. As we celebrate this milestone, we renew our commitment to fostering a culture of sustainability and global responsibility.
