BITSAT 2024 session 1 exam dates revised again; registration open till April 16
BITSAT 2024 session 1 exam will now be conducted from May 20 to 24.

NEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has once again revised the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2024 exam dates. The BITSAT 2024 session 1 exam will now be conducted from May 20 to 24, however, BITS HD will be held on May 19. Earlier, the BITSAT 2024 exam was scheduled to be held from May 19 to 24, 2024.
The Institute has also extended the BITSAT 2024 registration deadline for session 1. Candidates will now be able to submit their BITSAT 2024 application form till April 16. Candidates can fill the BISAT 2024 application form by visiting the official website, bitsadmission.com. BITSAT 2024 session 1 application correction facility will be available from April 18 to 20.
BITSAT 2024 exam pattern
The BITSAT 2024 exam will be held online in computer-based mode. The medium of the exam will be English. The duration of BITSAT 2024 is 3 hours. There will be a total of 130 questions divided into 4 parts in the BITSAT 2024 BTech paper. Candidates will get 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. BITSAT 2024: Eligibility
For eligibility in BITSAT 2024, candidates must have completed their class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board either in 2022 or 2023, with mandatory subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. A minimum aggregate of 75% marks in these subjects, with at least 60% marks in each subject individually, is required. Additionally, proficiency in English is mandatory. It's important to note that students currently studying at any of the BITS campuses are not eligible to apply for BITSAT 2024.
