BITSAT 2025 edit window to modify choices, preferences opens tomorrow; iteration-1 result on July 9

Birla Institute of Technology And Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) will open the facility to edit preferences submitted in application form tomorrow, July 3. The BITSAT edit window to modify the preferences will be available till July 5. Based on the choices filled by candidates, the BITSAT iteration-1 results will be declared along with the waitlist on July 9.

The institute conducted the BITSAT session 2 exams from June 22 to 26. Candidates can expect the BITSAT session 2 results within 15 days after the exam.

All candidates who appeared in the first or second session or both the sessions of BITSAT-2025 were required to submit the admission application form with Class 12 marks and choices of degree offered at Pilani, KK Birla Goa and Hyderabad campuses. The application form was available from June 1 to 30.

In the next step, the edit window to modify the courses and college preference submitted by students will be made available from July 3. Candidates will be given a time period till July 14 to accept the admission offer and make fee payment.

BISTAT 2025 Iteration-1 schedule

BITS Pilani will conduct six rounds for admission to BE, BPharm courses. A new BE course in environmental and sustainability engineering has been introduced this year.

“Every year about 25% of students admitted to First Degree Programmes get semester tuition fee waivers in the range between 10% to 100% in the form of either merit or merit-cum need scholarships,” it said.
