BPSC TRE cut off 2023 for all papers soon: Commission chairman Atul Prasad

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission will soon announce the cut-off marks for all papers, commission chairman Atul Prasad informed via social media. BPSC TRE cut off 2023 will be available on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.

The commission declared BPSC TRE result 2023 for some subjects of Class 11-12 on October 17. The results for primary classes were declared on October 20. Moreover, BPSC teacher result for secondary classes was out on October 20. A total of 1,22,324 candidates were declared pass in the Teacher Recruitment Exam.

“Very soon we will be declaring cut off marks in all TRE papers,” the chairman said in a post on X.

When we are dealing with such large numbers as in TRE, multi layer filtering is needed to weed out undeserving ones.

Any vacancy arising out of this filtering will be filled by one or more supplementary results.

Various candidates have been demanding the cut-off for BPSC TRE for transparency on selection of candidates. “BPSC should release the cut-off of BPSC TRE so that we can know who has been selected on how many marks,” said an aspirant in an X post.

The school teacher results did not satisfy students as they were first disappointed with the delay in declaration and then the process of selection of candidates. About this, Prasad said, “When we are dealing with such large numbers as in TRE, multi layer filtering is needed to weed out undeserving ones. This is what's going on & that's why all results are conditional. Any vacancy arising out of this filtering will be filled by one or more supplementary results.”

Candidates also alleged scam in results and demanded thorough investigation along with cancellation of Bihar school teacher results.

BPSC TRE 2023 was conducted from August 24 to August 26 for recruitment of school teachers for Classes 1-5, Classes 9-10, and Classes 11-12 in state government schools.
