Bihar board declares Sakshamta 4th results 2025 for local body teachers; 4,932 qualify

A total of 14,946 candidates appeared for the CTT 2025 exam in the 4th edition. The BSEB conducts the exam for local body teachers to grant them state employee status.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has declared the Competency Test (CTT IV) 2025 or the Sakshamta 4th results for Classes 1 to 12 local body teachers. Candidates can download the results through the official website at sakshamtabihar.com through the login credentials such as ID and password.

The results were announced by Anand Kishore, chairman of BSEB today. A total of 4,932 teachers have qualified the 4th edition of the competency test 2025.

The CTT 4th examination 2025 was conducted from September 24 to 27 and from October 12 to 22 for 14,936 teachers. Out of the total candidates who appeared, 13,726 were from Classes 1 to 5, 378 from Classes 6 to 8, 592 from Classes 9 to 10, and 231 from Classes 11 to 12.

Among the passing lot, 2,725 are female teachers, while 2,207 are male. The overall passing percentage for CTT 2025 results 4th edition stood at 33.02%. The CTT examination is conducted by the BSEB for local body teachers to grant them state employee status.

CTT 4th Result 2025: Passing criteria, counselling

As per the passing criteria, general category candidates need 40% marks, Backward Class (BC) required to score 36.5%, and the qualifying marks for Extremely Backward Class (EBC) are 34%.

Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Differently abled required, and female teachers need to score 32% to be declared pass in the Sakshamta 4th results 2025.

The computer-based exam was conducted for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes in multiple shifts. After the results, the board will conduct the counselling for all qualified teachers, for which the dates have not been announced.

The CTT 4th exam 2025 included 150 objective questions from all classes and subjects. It included 30 questions in the language part, 40 in the general studies section, and 80 in related subjects, the board said.
