BSEB Class 10 Board Exam 2026: Upload dummy registration card by tomorrow; failure will bar exam application

Download EBookThe Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the last opportunity for students of non-government aided secondary schools to upload their signed declaration-attached dummy registration card. This applies to students whose schools’ recognition was suspended between October 1, 2023, and June 4, 2024.
As per the official notice, the board has fixed September 23 to September 25, 2025, as the final period to upload the signed dummy registration card for the BSEB Class 10 exam. Students can upload the Bihar board Class 10 signed dummy registration card through the official portal at secondary.biharboardonline.com.
The board states that the students had submitted online registration or permission applications to appear as independent category candidates in the BSEB Class 10 annual secondary examination, 2026 through government or government-aided schools recommended by the District Education Officer.
BSEB Class 10 Board Exam 2026: Original card only after dummy upload
Students who fail to upload the card during this period will not receive their original registration card. Without the original registration card, they cannot submit their exam application.
“Students whose signed declaration-attached dummy registration card has not been uploaded must do so mandatorily on the committee’s website within the period September 23–25, 2025, with signatures of the student, their guardian, and the school principal. Upon uploading, the concerned student’s original registration card will be issued, which will be used for submitting the examination application,” the notice said.

Upload window limited to pending applications only
The board warned that failing to apply will result in non-issuance of admit cards and loss of an academic year. The responsibility will lie with the students and their guardians.
It further states that the upload period applies only to students whose applications were submitted but whose dummy registration cards are yet to be uploaded.
