CA Foundation Paper 1 to be conducted again post conclusion of exams; Know more here

Candidates who could not appear in Paper 1 held on July 24 due to adverse weather conditions to be given another opportunity.
NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has notified that candidates belonging to the cities of Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Sangli and Satara, who were unable to attend the CA Foundation Paper 1 on July 24, 2021, due to adverse weather conditions will be allowed to reappear in that particular paper.
The decision to reconduct Paper 1 was taken to protect the academic interests of the affected candidates. Such candidates are also advised to appear for the remaining papers of the CA Foundation examination that are scheduled to be held on July 28 and 30, 2021.
ICAI will intimate the new date of the exam for CA Foundation Paper 1 - Principles and Practice of Accounting - after July 30, 2021.

CA Foundation exams are being conducted in other exam centres across the country as per the scheduled dates in an online centre-based mode. Only multiple choice questions are asked in the CA Foundation 2021 exam. ICAI is strictly following all the guidelines and taking precautions in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is important for candidates to carry their CA Foundation admit cards to the exam centres. For any details related to CA Foundation exams, candidates must regularly check the official website of ICAI - icai.org.
