CA Inter results declared on icai.nic.in for January 2025 session; pass rate remains low at 14.17%

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the ICAI CA Intermediate results for January 2025 session. Candidates can check the score and download the result through the official website at icai.nic.in. Along with the CA Inter results, the ICAI has also notified the merit list through the candidate login facility.

In the ICAI CA Intermediate results for January 2025 session, Deepanshi Agarwal has aced the exam by scoring a total of 521 marks. Following Thota Somanadh Seshadri Naidu and Sarthak Agrawal secured 2nd and 3rd ranks. For Group 1, the pass percentage rates recorded at 14.17% and 22.16% for Group 2.

The ICAI conducted the CA Intermediate exam from January 11 to 19. Candidates will have to key in their 6 digit roll number and registration number to download the CA Inter Jan 2025.

For CA Intermediate exams, candidates should secure minimum marks in each group separately to be declared qualified. For group 1 and 2, applicants will have to obtain at least 40% and 50% in aggregate to be declared pass.

The institute has announced the CA Inter results on its official website. Candidates can follow the steps given below to check their score.

• Go to the official website, icai.nic.in.
• Since, CA Inter and Foundation results are announced separately, on the homepage, look for separate links.
• Click on any one of the links you want to check.
• A new window will open.
• Type your login credentials and click the submit icon.
• CA Results for January session 2025 will appear on the screen.
• Check your score and download the results.
