UPSC CAPF result 2026 out at upsc.gov.in; how to check

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) 2026 written examination result on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in. The written exam was held on July 19, 2026.

In the official notice, the commission has displayed the roll numbers of the shortlisted applicants who will appear for the next stage i.e., Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their eligibility/reservation claims viz. age, educational qualifications, community, economically weaker section and other documents at the time of the Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said documents ready with them.”

To check the UPSC CAPF (Assistant Commandants) 2026 result, follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official websites of UPSC at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in
• On the homepage, click on the "Examinations" or "What's New" section
• Select the "CAPF (Assistant Commandant) Result 2026" notification link
• The UPSC CAPF result pdf will appear on the screen
• Download the result and take a printout for further reference

UPSC CAPF Recruitment 2026: Who will conduct the PST/PET exam?

The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), designated by the Ministry of Home Affairs as the nodal agency, will be responsible for conducting the PST and PET. Applicants will receive separate communication from SSB regarding the schedule and examination centre for the PST/PET. The relevant information, along with the e-admit cards, will be published on the official SSB recruitment portal.

UPSC has made its compulsory for applicants shortlisted for the PST/PET to finish the online updation process within 15 days. Those who do not login, provide the required details and submit the updated application within the specified deadline will be barred from appearing in the next stages of the recruitment process. The Commission has further stated that requests or correspondence regarding this requirement will not be considered.
