NEW DELHI, MAY 5: Indian Institute of Management, Kozikhode is likely to conduct Common Admission Test (CAT) 2019 and the notification for the same will be released anytime soon. Based on past years trends,the authorities will announce the CAT 2019 date tentatively in second week of May.The primary objective to announce the CAT 2019 date at the earliest is to help the candidates draw a clear cut preparation strategy.

About CAT 2019
CAT is conducted every year on a rotational basis by the IIMs. In 2018, CAT was conducted by IIM Calcutta. In the last decade, CAT was conducted by IIM Ahmedabad, Indore, Calcutta, Kozhikode, Lucknow and Bangalore. Though there is no official confirmation about the body which will conduct CAT 2019, the possibility is high of IIM Kozhikode conducting the exam are more. The exam conducting body will also inform if there is any change in the exam pattern or the registration process or the marking scheme.
CAT is conducted every year in computer-based mode for candidates who are aspiring to pursue MBA from IIMs. There are a number of other B-schools which also admit candidates on the basis of the CAT score.
