NEW DELHI - The Common Admission Test also known as CAT is now just five days away. Hence what is important right now for the candidates is not only focus on the last minute preparation but also on the guidelines which they must follow on the day of the exam due to COVID 19. Keeping in mind the safety of the candidates, IIM Indore has prescribed certain guidelines which the candidates are expected to follow on the day of the CAT exam.

Exam Day Guidelines for COVID-19
Social distancing has to be maintained at the CAT test centre as soon as the candidate arrives at the exam centre and after the conclusion of the exam, throughout candidates must ensure that they maintain a distance of at least six feet
Masks, Sanitiser, Gloves to be carried
Candidates who will appear for the CAT exam on November 29, must ensure that they carry with them the personal hand sanitizer (50ml), they must wear gloves and also have their own masks.
Self- Declaration to be signed
On the day of CAT 2020 exam, candidates must also sign a declaration form which is attached with the CAT admit card and also show it to the authorities at the CAT exam centre.
Arrangement for candidates having COVID 19 symptoms
All the candidates who have cold, cough or fever, they would be made to sit separately and all possible safety steps would be taken. Such candidates would have to sit in isolation and appear for the CAT exam.
What to carry to the CAT 2020 test centre?
Candidates who will appear for the CAT exam, they will have to carry admit card along with any valid identity proof such as:
Voter id card
Aadhaar card
Permanent driving license
Passport
Also candidates will have to bring with them , transparent water Bottle, and two simple pens.
