Compile things such as your admit card and other things to carry for CAT 2021 and keep them ready to reduce the added pressure on yourself so that you don’t forget anything at the last moment.
7. Don’t compare
Don’t compare yourself to others. Your way of studying, how much CAT syllabus you have covered, your preparation, etc. Make sure to try your best but if you compare yourself to others then you will feel a lot more anxious.
8. Keep yourself organized
Having your things organized, your day planned out and studying according to a schedule will reduce your anxiety and keep your mind sorted.
9. Take some free time
Studying all the time and not having free time increases anxiety. Take free time to yourself. Go for a walk or listen to music. This will immensely reduce your stress.
