• Fourth, if you have paid twice due to payment failure, then you can ask for a refund of the extra amount by emailing the CAT helpdesk with the same details. The refund process will begin after the CAT registration closes and will take about 10 working days.

• Fifth, you can also check your fee payment status on the CAT website by logging in with your credentials and clicking on ‘Application Status’ tab. You will see a green tick mark if your payment is successful and a red cross mark if your payment is unsuccessful.
