NEW DELHI: The Common Admission Test (CAT) is not the only gateway to get admission into top-tier management institutions in India. Some institutions accept scores from tests such as the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and other exams or have their own admission processes.
Candidates who did not appear for CAT 2024 or those who did not perform well explore these options to pursue the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes. The selection process of many MBA colleges includes the candidate's performance in Class 10, Class 12, and Bachelor’s degree qualifying exams, work experience, and performance in group discussions and personal interviews.
