Use NowNEW DELHI: The Common Admission Test (CAT) registration last date 2024 has been extended till September 20. Candidates who have not applied yet are getting another chance to fill CAT form 2024. Students who fulfill the CAT 2024 eligibility criteria can fill CAT application form 2024 on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee to complete the CAT 2024 application form. Candidates belonging to the general, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories will have to pay Rs 2,500 whereas the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disabilities (PwD) applicants will have to make payment of Rs 1,250.
As per the CAT 2024 eligibility criteria, students who have a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD categories) are eligible to apply for CAT exam 2024.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta will conduct CAT 2024 on November 24 in three shifts – first shift from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, second shift from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and third shift from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The exam will be held in online mode.
CAT exam is conducted every year for admission to postgraduate and doctorate programmes offered in IIMs . CAT scores are also used for management courses offered by non-IIMs.

- Click on the 'new candidate registration' link
- Read the instructions and move on to register
- Register yourselves and create login credentials
- Login and fill CAT form 2024
- Upload required documents and pay the application fee
- After payment, download the confirmation page and take a print out
