NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) is expected to issue the final answer key for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 today, December 17. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the CAT 2024 final answer key through the official website at iimcat.ac.in.

The CAT 2024 final answer key was scheduled to be out on December 16 but is not out yet. “The release of the Final Answer Keys for CAT 2024 conducted on 24 November 2024 is scheduled for 16 December 2024,” the official notice read.

The IIM CAT 2024 exam was conducted on November 24 in three shifts. The first shift took place from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, followed by the second shift from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and the third shift from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The CAT 2024 recorded an attendance of about 89%. Around 2.93 lakh candidates appeared for the test out of 3.29 lakh registered eligible applicants. The examination was conducted at 389 centres spanning 170 cities across India.

CAT 2024 result date soon

IIM Calcutta is yet to announce the CAT 2024 result date. As per the earlier notification, the results are tentatively scheduled to be released in the second week of January 2025. Candidates can access their CAT 2024 results using their CAT ID and password. As the CAT 2024 exam was conducted in different slots, a normalisation process will be used to determine the final score or CAT percentile.
