NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10, 12 results will not be declared today, a board official has confirmed. The CBSE board on July 28 said that the results will be announced soon. CBSE Class 12 results are likely to be announced by July 31.
CBSE even shared a meme in response to anxious parents who are enquiring about the CBSE result 2021 latest news.
Students can check their CBSE 10th, 12th results 2021 on the official websites – cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in. Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan will announce the CBSE Class 10th, 12th result 2021 on his social media page.
This year, the CBSE board cancelled the exams due to COVID-19 situation. The CBSE 10th, 12th results 2021 will be prepared on the basis of an alternate evaluation criteria.
As per the criteria, the Class 12 results 2021 will be prepared on a 30:30:40 ratio, wherein 30% weightage will be given to the best three subjects of Class 10, 30% marks of Class 11 and 40% to unit test, mid-term or pre-board exams of Class 12. Whereas, Class 10 results 2021 will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in different tests/exams held during the academic year at the school level.
