NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has said that term-2 datesheet for Class 10, 12 has more gap between exams and exam dates don’t clash with Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2022 exams.

CBSE Term 1 Result Live Updates.

While releasing CBSE 10th, 12th term-2 datesheet, the board said that it has taken care of the following issues:

  • As the schools were closed due to pandemic which has led to learning losses, therefore more gap has been given between the two examinations in almost all the subjects in both the classes.
  • Wherever the gap is a little less, such exams have been kept at a later date so that students can get sufficient time to prepare for those exams.
  • Other competitive exams including JEE Main 2022 have been taken care of while preparing the datesheet.
  • These datesheets have been prepared by avoiding nearly 35,000 subjects’ combinations to ensure that no two subjects’ exams fall on the same date
  • Despite the fact that the temperature would be on a slightly higher side, the time of the beginning of the exam will be 10:30 as it will not be possible to start exams earlier since exams will be conducted in 26 more countries. For the same reason, exams cannot be conducted in two shifts.

“CBSE wishes good luck to all students appearing in Class 10 and 12 term-2 exams, 2022,” the board said.
