CBSE 10th Result 2019 to be out tomorrow; know when and where to check

NEW DELHI, MAY 4: Central Board of Secondary Education will announce the CBSE 10th result 2019 tomorrow i.e May 5, 2019 on the official website - cbse.nic.in. As per official sources, the release of result is highly expected to be out tomorrow around 12:30 pm which is on the similar lines of class 12th. Students will be able to check their CBSE class 10 result 2019 using roll number, school number, date of birth, and centre number. They also might have to enter their admit card number to check the same which has been additionally introduced this year for class 12.

This year, CBSE got everyone stunned with the sudden and early announcement of CBSE 12th result on May 2, 2019. It is the first time ever that the result of CBSE are released in less than a month’s time.

In 2018, the CBSE 10th board exams were conducted from March 5 to April 4 and the result was released on May 29 with the overall pass percentage of 86.70. This is expected to rise this year.

Apart from checking the result online on the official website, students can also access their CBSE 10th result 2019 via SMS, Digilocker and IVRS facilities provided by the Board.

Here’s how to check the CBSE class 10 result online-

1. Click on the official result link - http://cbseresults.nic.in/cbseresults_cms/Public/Home.aspx

2. Click on ‘Secondary School Examination 2019’

3. Enter the login credentials (as mentioned on the admit card)

4. Then click on Submit and the result will appear on the screen

5. Download and save it. Take a printout of the same and secure it for the future.

Students must note that the result released online is provisional. They will be required to collect their original marksheet from school after 7-10 days. Alternatively, students can also download digital marksheet using Digilocker website or mobile application. Students will receive the details to sign up on their registered phone number via SMS.

Since a large number of students will check their result at the same time, it might take long for the server to respond or even show an error. It is advised not to panic. Try to logging in after some time and you will be able to check the result successfully.

How to get CBSE class 10th result 2019 on mobile-

In order to receive the result in the form of SMS, students will need to type a message in the below format:

cbse10<space>roll number<space>date of birth<space>school number<space>centre number and send it to 7738299899.

The result will be sent back on mobile phone shortly.
