Attempt NowNEW DELHI : Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ is all set to announce the CBSE 2021 board exam start date today at 6 PM. The minister took to Twitter to announce that he will be declaring the exam date on December 31 on his official Twitter handle.

After the webinar, it is expected that the CBSE Board will release the pdf board exam date sheet 2021 on the official website cbse.nic.in.

CBSE board exam date 2021 live updates
Earlier on December 22, in a live interaction with the teacher, the minister announced the exams will be conducted after February 2021. Teachers all over the country had shared their queries on Twitter using #EducationMinisterGoesLive. One of the most common questions was regarding the postponement of the CBSE Board exams 2021. While answering the same, the education minister said the exams will be held after February 2021 in offline mode.
For the academic year 2020-21, CBSE Board has released the revised syllabus. The syllabus has been reduced by 30 per cent. Many students were demanding to reduce the syllabus further, however, the board has made this clear that there will be no further reduction in the syllabus.
Meanwhile, the CBSE Controller of Examinations, Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj, conducted a meeting with some Principals of CBSE schools and announced that practical exams will be held in school labs as per previous year trends. The dates for practical exams will be announced soon.
CBSE Board has also released the sample papers for Class 10 and 12 board exams. Students can download the same from the official website cbseacademics.nic.in.
