NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will begin the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exams 2023 today. Those students who registered for the CBSE supplementary exams 2023 will have to download the admit card from the official website, cbse.gov.in and carry the hall ticket with the school ID to the exam hall.

As per the exam timings, the CBSE Board will conduct the exams for both Class 10 and 12 from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM. CBSE Class 10 students will appear in mathematics basics and mathematics standard subjects today. Whereas, CBSE Class 12 students will appear for physics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, language elective papers, economics, history among other subjects.

The board will be conducting the CBSE Class 12 supplementary exams for all the subjects today. However, CBSE Class 10 supplementary exam will be held till July 22.

CBSE Supplementary 2023: Exam guidelines

Here are the complete exam day guidelines as announced by the CBSE board.

  • Candidates will strictly follow all the instructions issued by CBSE from time to time.
  • Parents will also visit the board's website and remain in touch with the schools of their ward so that they are aware of the latest updates by the CBSE so that they can guide their ward.
  • No communication devices are allowed in the examination centre. If found in possession or using the same, strict action will be taken as per unfair means (UFM) rules against the said candidate.
  • Candidates will maintain strict discipline in the examination centre throughout the exam.
  • 15 minutes of reading time will be given to the students to read the question paper.
