NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the 3rd Day of the CTET 2023 exam (paper 2) today, January 9, 2023. CTET exam 2023 is being held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at 211 cities across the country on multiple dates from December 28, 2022 to February 6, 2023. As per the CTET exam schedule, CTET 2023 exam is conducted in two shifts - Paper 1 (9:30 AM to 12:00 PM) & Paper 2 (2:30 PM to 5:00 PM).

CTET admit card 2023 has been released by CBSE on the official website. Candidates can download CTET 2023 admit card at ctet.nic.in. Candidates need to bring a hard copy of the CTET admit card 2023 along with any one of the valid and original identity proofs to the exam centres.

CBSE has already released the notification regarding the complete CTET 2023 exam schedule. According to the CTET 2023 official notice, the CTET 2023 exam is scheduled to be conducted on multiple dates between December 28, 2022, to February 7, 2023, in CBT mode.

The Central Board of Secondary Education is going to organize the CTET exam 2023 for Paper 1 (Class 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (Class 6 to 8) on January 9, 2023, in CBT mode. CTET 2023 exam: COVID-19 instructions

  • The keyword and mouse will be linked to the computer. In case of discrepancy, candidates can use an alpha-numeric on-screen keyboard too.

  • In case if there is malfunction in the computer or mouse, the candidate will be immediately shifted to another system.

  • The on-screen clock will show the time limit for the exam. Applicants can also check how much time is remaining for the completion of the CTET exam 2023.

CTET 2023 exam starts at 9:30 AM today and will end at 12:00 PM Noon. Exam centre gates are closed now. Latecomers from now will not be permitted to the exam hall. CTET 2023 exam today - Not Postponed

CTET exam 2023 is going to start sharp at 9:30 AM at 211 centres across the country for Paper 1 and will end at 12:00 PM Noon. CTET Paper 2 2023 will start sharp at 2:30 PM and will end at 5:00 PM in the second shift.  

Candidates are advised to arrive at their respective exam centres 30 to 40 minutes before the exam. The entry for CTET Paper 1 2023 will start sharp at 8:50 AM  and for CTET Paper 2 2023 at 1:50 PM at various exam centres. Candidates need to carry two or three valid and original ID proofs along with CTET admit card 2023 on the Day 3 of the exam to the exam centres.

No, CTET exam 2023 is not postponed and it will be continued at its pre-scheduled dates between January 9 to February 7, 2023 for candidates at various centres across the country. There was news that CBSE is asked to shift exam date of January 9, 2023 to some other dates to avoid clashes between other exams on the behalf of candidate’s request but the Director of CTET has released notice regarding it that CTET exam 2023 will continue with its predetermined schedule between January 9 to February 7, 2023.
