NEW DELHI, AUGUST 16: New CTET Exam Dates have been issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education through a short notice issued today. This will be the 13th CTET edition which will be conducted online. The CTET will be conducted in 20 languages across 110 major cities in India. CBSE will release the detailed information about the CTET December 2019 examination, the syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and the important dates on August 19, 2019, on CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in.

The candidates must keep track of the official website and are requested to download the Information Bulletin from there. The online application process will start from August 19 2019, the last date for submitting the online application will be September 18, 2019, whereas the last date to pay the application fee online will be September 23, 2019, till 15.30 PM.
Candidates willing to apply for CTET must see the eligibility criteria first and must go through the CBSE notification before filling the application form.
The CTET is conducted for two papers - Paper - I (Class I to V) and Paper-II (Class VI to VIII), the eligibility criteria may vary for both the papers. The CTET examinations are conducted twice a year in English, Hindi as well as other major regional languages. The duration of the CTET examination is 2 hours 30 minutes, each for both paper.
