Apply NowNEW DELHI, DECEMBER 24, 2018 : Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has finally released the date sheet for classes 10 and 12 board exams on its official website- cbse.nic.in. The exams for class 10 begins from February 21 and conclude on March 29 while those for class 12th will start from February 15 and end on April 3, 2019. The exam timings will be 3 hours starting from 10:30 am till 1:30 pm. A student can download the complete date sheet from the link given below.

Earlier CBSE also released the practical exam dates for class 12th which would be conducted from January 16 till February 15, 2019 in all the states except for Allahabad wherein due to Kumbh mela the practical exams will begin from January 1, 2019. As CBSE has released the date sheet well before the time this year, students will get sufficient time to plan their revision schedule.

Students must follow the tips mentioned below to score well in the board exams:

Follow NCERT textbooks to clear your basic concepts and do solve the questions at the end and in between chapters including the HOTS.

Practice the CBSE Sample Papers for class 10 and 12 to have an idea of the exam and question pattern followed by CBSE. Students can also download and practice the previous year CBSE Question Papers for Class 12 and 10 to know the questions doing round in the board exams.

A student must download and save the CBSE class 10 date sheet 2019 and prepare the notes and timetable for revision. CBSE has prepared the date sheet for class 12 considering the dates for entrance or competitive exams to avoid any clashes further.

Break the syllabus as per the weightage of marks for topics so as not to miss any important topic.

Always seek expert guidance wherever required. Go to teachers or elder brother or sister if you have any doubts.

Practice diagrams and maps thoroughly in Science and Social Science. Always label them properly.

Make a note for all the formulas and practice the theorems to avoid any mistake in mathematics exam.

Don’t miss out the language subjects like English or Hindi while focusing on the other subjects.

While solving paper don’t stress or get stuck at a question, move to next, leaving space for this which you can think of solving in end.

Always use the reading time to plan your strategy of answering the questions.

Always revise at the end before handing over the answer sheet to the invigilator.
