CBSE date sheet for class 10 & 12 2019 released; check board exam dates here

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 23: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for class 10 and 12 on it's official website. Class 10 board exams will be conducted between February 21 and March 29, 2019 while class 12 board exams are set to begin on February 15 and conclude on April 2,2019. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours (for core subjects) and will be conducted between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Students must reach their respective exam centres half an hour prior to the beginning of the exam. The answer sheet will be distributed between 10-10:15 am. The question paper will be handed over to students at 10:15 am and thus students will get 15 minutes to read the questions and build a strategy to answer them. The date sheets for class 10 and 12 are provided below.

This year the CBSE has released the board exams date sheet seven weeks before the beginning of the exams so that students get ample time for preparation and revision. Also, while preparing the date sheet, due consideration has been given to the dates of other competitive exams so that they do not coincide with board exams. Last year, the date for class 12 paper of Physics exam had to be rescheduled as it was clashing with JEE Main entrance exam. The result of CBSE board exams are likely to be released in the first week of June, 2019.
