NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), has advised parents to share accurate information while registering their wards for Classes 9 and 11. Through a notice issued on September 19, the board has told parents that once the list of candidates (LOC) is submitted by the school, no request for correction of details will be entertained. The registrations must be completed by October 16.

The CBSE notice advises parents that correct registration data and LOC submission is a crucial step for the successful conduct of the CBSE Board examinations, added the CBSE statement.

As per the new notice, the CBSE board will consider requests only for the supplementary exams. However, candidates can decide if they are to appear in the main exam for which they already submitted the LOC.
