Download NowNEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct Class 12 improvement and compartment examination 2021 from August 16, 2021. The Class 12 compartment and improvement exams of 2021 will conclude on September 15, 2021. Students who wish to appear for the CBSE Class 12 compartment exams 2021 can register for the CBSE Class 12 exams 2021 soon on the official website, cbse.gov.in.

CBSE 12th result 2021 was declared on July 30, 2021. This year, the CBSE Class 12 exams could not be conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the 12th results 2021 CBSE were prepared on the basis of an alternative assessment method .
CBSE will conduct the improvement/ compartment examination 2021 for Class 12 examinations from August 16, 2021 to September 15, 2021 as policy for tabulation of marks for Class 12, 2021, for the following category of students.

1. Students who are not satisfied with the marks, awarded based on the Policy of Tabulation will be given an opportunity to appear in examinations to be conducted by the board. As per this policy, marks scored in the later examination will be considered as final.
2. After the declaration of results, students who are not able to meet the qualifying criteria in one subject and placed in compartment category.
3. For Private, Patrachar and 2nd chance compartment candidates, whose result has not been declared based on the Policy for Tabulation because of their non-availability of year-long assessment details.
4. Students of Class-12 and Class-10 are given an opportunity to improve their performance only in one subject in compartment examinations . Better of the two marks obtained in the subject will be considered for declaration of results.
The examination shall be conducted only for the following subjects.
CBSE compartment exam centres 2021
CBSE will be holding compartment exams at the designated centres in the country and in foreign countries. Students will be required to follow the COVID-19 protocols placed by the CBSE board at the designated centres. However, a minimum number of students will be allotted at an exam centre.
Syllabus for CBSE improvement exam 2021
The exams will be based on the reduced syllabus as prescribed for the current academic year. The design of the question papers will be the same as the question papers uploaded for the 2021 exams on the official website. The duration of the question papers will be similar as mentioned in the sample question papers.
CBSE compartment 2021 result preparation
The board is conducting the CBSE compartment exams 2021 for the Class 12 CBSE main subjects. The assessment scheme will not be applicable for the students registered for the improvement of performance in one or more subjects.
