CBSE’s academic report card for schools provides an analysis of performance highlights for board exams for Class 10 and 12, including achievements in sports and games.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the academic performance report card for all CBSE-affiliated schools for the academic session 2024–25. The report card provides a comprehensive analysis of the school’s performance in CBSE board examinations for Class 10th and 12th.
CBSE’s academic performance report card is an initiative of the board’s commitment to promote data-driven reflection and evidence-based academic planning in schools. The board asked CBSE schools to review their report cards and identify focus areas, and integrate the findings into their annual pedagogical plans.
“Through this initiative, CBSE aims to empower schools with actionable insights to foster continuous improvement and enhance student learning outcomes,” the official CBSE notice reads.

CBSE’s performance report card for school
The CBSE’s performance report card for all schools will present the following insights.
Comparative performance insights : The report compares the school’s academic performance with state-level and overall CBSE Board school averages across subjects, helping schools identify their relative strengths and areas for improvement.
It also analyses performance trends between male and female students, enabling schools to take informed actions toward ensuring gender equity in learning outcomes.
Holistic performance indicators : In addition to academics, the report also indicates school-level participation and achievements in sports and games, benchmarking them against performance at the cluster and zonal levels.
All school heads can access their ‘School Academic Performance Report Card’ through the CBSE school login portal using their credentials.
