The speculations around the CBSE Board result date 2025 started after mid-April, with the board dismissing several claims and fake circulars . It also cautioned students and parents of fake news, which claimed that the CBSE Board results will be declared on May 13 at 11 am.
Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET UG 2025) from tomorrow, May 13, after being postponed by five days. Since a large number of CBSE students appear for the CUET 2025 exam for UG admissions in central universities, state universities, and other participating institutions, the CBSE Board is expected to announce the CBSE results 2025 today.
CBSE Board Result 2025: What does DigiLocker say now?
As per the latest update, DigiLocker website now says CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 results will be available soon. Previously, the website read, ‘CBSE result 2025 coming soon!’. The update days after the board shared the CBSE DigiLocker access code with the schools. Students will be able to get their access code through their respective school principals.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Result 2025: Latest update from CBSE Board
The last update from the board was clear instruction to students and parents to not believe rumours and fake circulars. It also advised them to check the CBSE official website, cbse.gov.in, cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in.
The board has also revised the post result system for both CBSE Class 10, 12 students. Till now, the board followed a three-step process – verification of marks, obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer sheets, and revaluation. This has been tweaked to a two step process involving obtaining photocopy of CBSE Class 10 ,12 evaluated answer book and verification of marks or re-valuation or both.
“This will also give them clarity on the marks awarded, specific comments, and errors before applying for verification,” it said.
Meanwhile, students continue to flood social media with frequent questions like 'CBSE Board ka result kab aayega', 'What is CBSE Class 10, 12 result date?', and 'CBSE result date kab hai?' More than 42 lakh students are awaiting the CBSE result date and Class 10, 12 marksheet on DigiLocker.
