CDS Result 2019 Declared; 8120 Candidates Qualified for SSB Interview

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 01: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of Common Defense Services (CDS) 2 results. The CDS 2 exam was conducted on September 08, 2019 across major centres in India. In the result released by UPSC, a total of 8120 candidates have passed the CDS 2 exam and are now qualified for the SSC interview. The SSB Interview dates will be notified by the exam conducting body shortly. UPSC has released 2 PDFs, one contains the roll number of the candidates while the other PDF contains the roll number as well as the name of the candidates who have qualified the CDS 2 exam. UPSC has released the roll number of the candidates qualified for Indian Military Academy, Indian Navy Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy.
Check CDS 2 Results by following the below steps -
1. Visit the official website - upsc.gov.in
2. Go to ‘What’s New’ section
3. Click on the notification titled ‘Written Result Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2019’
4. Search your roll number or name in the result PDF
5. Download and save the PDF for future reference
According to the CDS result notice, qualified candidates are required to submit their original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications and other relevant certificates to the exam conducting body on the addresses mentioned below -
In case candidates choose IMA/SSC as their first choice

According to the notice, candidates must submit their original certificates before July 01, 2020 for IMA & NA, before May 13, 2020, for AFA and before October 1, 2020, in case of SSC course only. The candidates must not send their original certificates to UPSC.
