Central University of South Bihar begins UG admission 2025 through CUET; fee structure announced

CUSB UG Admission 2025: The central university will announced the programme-wise CUET cut-off marks for round 1 seat allotment on July 24.
The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) has opened the admission portal for admission to undergraduate (UG) courses in 17 disciplines through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2025) scores. Prospective students should submit their application form through CUSB SAMARTH portal, cusbcuet.samarth.edu.in, by July 21.
The university announced that the programme-wise CUET cut-off marks for round 1 seat allotment will be published on July 24 for all courses. Candidates who have obtained the minimum cut-offs set by the university will be eligible for admission to the particular course.
The first allotment list of provisionally admitted candidates will be declared on July 30.
CUSB offers a 5-year integrated UG-PG programme in 17 disciplines - history, sociology, economics, political science and international relations, geography, commerce, mathematics, statistics, English, Hindi, chemistry, physics, psychology, computer science, life science, geology, and journalism and mass communication.

CUSB CUET Admission 2025: Documents required
Candidates will have to upload the following documents while filling online application form and during the final verification process.
- Class 10, 12 marksheet.
- Proof of date of birth.
- Certificate of conduct from Head of Institution or character certificate
- Migration certificate
- Caste certificate and PWD certificate, if applicable
- Documents related to J-K domicile. Kashmiri migrant, Defence category etc.,if any
- Medical fitness certificate from government hospital
- Six passport size photographs
- Bank pass book or cheque leaf
- Income certificate – EWS / OBC NCL
- Gap affidavit certificate, if applicable.
CUSB Admission 2025: Fees
General, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500, and SC, ST, PwD candidates will have to deposit Rs 200.
Those who have obtained the cut-off marks published by the university will have to make payment of programme fee between July 24 to 28.
“Candidates who deposit the programme fee but fail to secure admission in any round on account of lower marks shall be placed on the waitlist in order of merit for consideration in subsequent rounds. Vacancies arising from cancellation or withdrawal of admission shall be filled from the waitlist strictly in order of merit,” the institute said.
