CG PET 2024 counselling phase 1 registration ends today; fill options in order of preference
CG PET counselling 2024 round 1 choice filling will end on August 12, followed by the seat allotment result on August 14.

NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Chhattisgarh will end the registration process for the Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test (CG PET) counselling 2024 phase 1 today, August 12. Candidates who qualified the entrance test can register for CG PET 2024 phase 1 counselling by visiting the official website of DTE, cgdteraipur.cgstate.gov.in.
As per the schedule, the CG PET 2024 counselling round 1 choice filling will end on August 12, followed by the seat allotment result on August 14. Candidates who secure a seat in this round can complete the admission process between August 16 and August 21.
Candidates will be allotted based on their obtained CG PET 2024 rank, preferences, category, and seat availability. JEE Main qualified candidates will also be eligible for CG PET 2024 counselling process.
CG PET 2024 round 2 counselling from August 22
CG PET 2024 counselling round 2 registration and choice filling will take place from August 22 to August 27, with the seat allotment result announced on August 29. The admission process for Round 2 will be conducted from August 30 to September 3.
Institute-wise counselling registration and choice filling are scheduled for September 9 to September 10, leading to the Spot Round 1 merit list and seat allotment on September 12. Candidates allotted seats in the spot round are required to report to their respective institutes based on the merit list on September 13.

Candidates must keep the following documents ready for the CG PET 2024 counselling verification process.
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Conduct certificate
- Migration certificate
- CG PET 2024 counselling form with the filled choices
- JEE Main 2024/CG PET 2024 mark sheet
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
After completing the registrations, candidates must participate in the seat allotment process, followed by finalising their admissions. The CG PET 2024 counselling is held for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered at state technical institutes.
