NEW DELHI: Chitkara University, Punjab, has organised a TEDx event, in which Rajat Grover, a human resource professional; Prince Narula, model and actor; and Saumya Kulshreshtha, an entrepreneur, participated.
The speakers interacted with the students and spoke on subjects such as mindset, success strategies and navigating economic downturns. The TEDx event was aimed at promoting entrepreneurial and innovative character among the students.

Narula, who is known for winning TV reality shows such as ‘Roadies’, ‘Splitsvilla’, and ‘Bigg Boss’, shared his professional journey. "This platform has ignited intellectual curiosity and is bound to inspire impactful change. I hold the firm belief that every student here is destined for greatness," he said.
Rajat Grover, an alumnus of the university alumnus, spoke on the topic ‘Mindset and failure: RG way for success”. He asked the students to cultivate a resilient mindset to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Sourav Roy, a broadcast journalist, addressed the students on the topic ‘Being work ready, world ready: Thriving amid economic downturn’.
Saumya Kulshreshtha, an educator, entrepreneur, and marketer, addressed the students on the theme ‘The entrepreneurial compass: Navigating challenges with a creative mindset’. She underscored the role of creativity in entrepreneurship and how harnessing a creative approach can be a driving force for success.
Madhu Chitkara, Pro Chancellor of the university, lauded the event and said, “The compelling dialogues delivered by the speakers ignited creativity, nurtured meaningful connections, and spurred insightful conversations, all of which hold the potential for substantial impact.”
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
