NEW DELHI: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has started the registration process for constable/ fire(male)today, August 31. Candidates who want to apply for CSIF constable recruitment 2024 through the official website, cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in.

Candidates will be able to apply for CSIF constable recruitment 2024 till September 30, 2024. The CISF recruitment drive will fill up 1130 Constable post in the organisation.

Interested candidates must have completed their 12th Class or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University with a science subject by the closing date for submitting the online application form. The age limit for candidates should be between 18 and 23 years as of the closing date for online application submission.

CISF Constable recruitment 2024 selection process

The CISF Constable recruitment selection process typically involves the following stages:

1. Physical Standards Test (PST): Measurement of Height, Chest, and Weight: Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards. Those who do not meet these criteria are disqualified.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates are required to complete a race within a specified time (e.g., 1.6 km run in 6 minutes and 30 seconds). Other Physical Tasks: Some recruitment cycles may include tasks like long jump and high jump.

3. Documentation: Candidates must present their original documents, such as educational certificates, age proof, and other relevant certificates, for verification.

4. Trade Test: For tradesman posts, a trade test is conducted to evaluate the candidate's skill in the respective trade (e.g., barber, cook, driver).

5. Written Examination: The exam typically covers General Awareness, General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, Analytical Aptitude, and Basic Knowledge in English/Hindi. Duration: The exam usually lasts for 2 hours.

6. Medical Examination: Candidates undergo a thorough medical examination to ensure they are medically fit according to CISF standards.

7. Final Merit List: The final selection is based on the candidate's performance in the written exam, PET, PST, trade test, and medical examination.
