The CMAT result 2021 will be announced in the form of a CMAT merit list and scorecard. The scores of the new section, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, will not be taken into consideration for the calculation of the final CMAT result percentile. CMAT 2021 result scores will be calculated out of 400 marks.

Calculation of CMAT 2021 percentile

The CMAT exam was conducted in 2 shifts on March 31. Hence, the raw scores will be converted into the percentile (NTA) scores.

Firstly, NTA will calculate the raw scores by using the marking scheme of the exam. After which, the raw score will be converted into a percentile score. The NTA score/ percentile score is calculated using this formula:

100 X {(No. of candidates appeared from the session with a raw score equal to less than the score) ÷ (Total number of candidates appeared in the session)}.

The final CMAT 2021 score will be calculated out of 400 marks. The qualifying candidates will get admission into the AICTE-approved institutes participating in the CMAT exam.
