Candidates who are going to appear in the CMAT exam 2025 will have to carry the CMAT admit card along with a passport-size photograph and authorised photo ID card. Failing to produce these documents, candidates will not be allowed inside the exam hall.

CMAT 2025: Things to carry
Candidates will have to carry the following documents to the exam centre without fail.
- CMAT admit card 2025 downloaded from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/.
- One passport size photograph, same as the one uploaded on the application form.
- A government-issued photo ID card such as Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, passport etc.
- PwD certificate/UDID Card issued by the competent authority, if applicable.

CMAT paper pattern
The CMAT question paper 2025 will consist of five sections. Each section will have 20 questions carrying 80 marks each.

CMAT marking scheme
Here’s the CMAT marking and negative marking scheme. Candidates can check the guidelines to calculate the probable score.
- Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks.
- One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Unanswered questions will be given no mark.
Candidates will have to select one option from the given choices as the correct answer. In case, the CMAT answer key has multiple right answers, only those candidates who have attempted the question correctly as per the revised answer key will be awarded marks. CMAT answer key will be published after the exam based on candidate’s response.
