CN Narayana joins as Group Director General at IIEBM - Indus Business School, Pune

NEW DELHI, JUNE 21: Dr. C.N. Narayana has joined as Group Director General and Senior Professor at Indian Institute of Education and Business Management (IIEBM) - Indus Business School, Pune. With over three decades of experience in corporate and higher management education, Dr. Narayana is known for strategic decision-making and transforming business schools.

Dr. Narayana has worked for leading corporate houses like the Godrej Group, General Electric, Thermax Ltd., Xerox Corporation, and RPG Enterprises, where he held senior positions looking after finance, commercials, planning and analysis, corporate assurance, and human resources. In management education, Dr. Narayana has worked as Professor and Registrar at International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi till March 2014. Then he joined Institute of Finance & International Management (IFIM) Business School, Bangalore as a senior faculty member and Director. Later he moved to Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS), Pune and Harihar locations, as Principal Director in January 2015.

Dr. Narayana is a Commerce graduate from P.S.G. College, Coimbatore, and holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management with an Executive MBA. He earned Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from Canterbury University, UK. Dr. Narayana has written several research papers and has authored books, including Silent Messages for Soul Searching, The Inner Sojourn, and Clairaudient Souls which focus on higher level leadership qualities. His book Pocketful of Change - OD & CM Simplified is meant for both management aspirants and practitioners. Dr. Narayana has received several awards for his contribution in academics, research, and leadership.

As Group Director General of IIEBM - Indus Business School, Dr. Narayana will be leading a B-School with a strong tradition of learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing since its establishment in the year 2000. He will be involved in guiding an institution that remains committed to nurturing the unique abilities and attributes of individuals and fostering their personal and professional growth.
