The Commission has sought an explanation from exam vendor Eduquity over disruptions during the July 24 to August 1 test window. SSC Chairman S Gopalakrishnan said that if even one candidate was wronged, the Commission will conduct the exam again for them.

From results declared in November 2024 onwards, SSC will disclose names, marks, ranks, and contact information of non-recommended candidates up to twice the number of advertised vacancies.
