NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science issued a notification in which it has stated that they have revised the selection criteria for M.Des admission. Previously candidates had to appear for the entrance test. However, now there would be no aptitude test and candidates will be offered admission on the basis of CEED score and interview. The decision was taken in wake of the prevailing circumstances due to the widespread coronavirus due to which India is facing a lockdown.

About IISc Bangalore M.Des Admission 2020
Every year IISc Bangalore conducts the entrance exam for all the candidates who aspire to pursue M.Des programme. However, this year the authorities had to change the admission criteria due to COVID 19. Earlier candidates were shortlisted on the basis of CEED score and 30% weightage was given to interview. However, this year candidates will be offered admission on the basis of CEED score only.
