CS Professional December 2023 result out at icsi.edu; qualifying marks

Free DownloadNEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the CS Professional December 2023 result on the official website, icsi.edu. The ICSI has also uploaded the subject-wise break-up of marks, along with the result. Students clearing the CS Professional exam will be eligible for company secretary posts.
Students can check the CS Professional December 2023 result by using their roll number and registration number on the official website. The CS Professional result-cum-mark cards will contain details such as candidate’s name, roll number, total marks, result status and paper-wise scores.
The institute said “No physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be issued.”
As per the ICSI rules, students will have to get a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate marks in all subjects combined to qualify the CS Professional exam.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will also start the registration for the CS Professional June 2024 exam tomorrow. Candidates will be able to register for the exam on the official website, icsi.edu. The CS Professional June 2024 exam will be held from June 1 to June 10.

Candidates can follow these steps to download the result-cum-marks statement:
- Visit the official website of ICSI, icsi.edu
- On the homepage, click on CS Professional December 2023 result link
- Login using roll number and registration number
- CS Professional exam result will be displayed on the screen
- Download the CS Professional exam scorecard and take a print out.
