CSAB 2022 registration for special round begins at csab.nic.in; Steps to apply

NEW DELHI : The Central Seat Allocation Board has begin started the CSAB 2022 registration for special round today at csab.nic.in. The CSAB special round registration 2022 is done to fill the seats left vacant after JoSAA. The CSAB 2022 special round is conducted only for NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs (Except IITs).

CSAB 2022 special round registration process

Interested candidates can register online for CSAB registration special round 2022 till October 28. The CSAB 2022 special round counselling process include the following steps:

• Visit CSAB 2022 official website -csab.nic.in.

• Click on the “CSAB special” link and further click on the “registration and choice filling” link.

• Enter JEE Main application number, password and security pin and click on sign in.

• Upload the required details as per the specification.

• Pay the CSAB application fee in online mode.

• Select the choice of institute or college/course and lock the choices once confirmed.

• Download the application form with filled choices for future use.

CSAB 2022 Registration - Instructions

• All eligible candidates will be required to do fresh registration online for a special round through the CSAB portal. Registration done during JoSAA counselling will not be considered.

• During Registration, candidates, other than those whose documents have been verified at NIT+ System during JoSAA rounds, can update their State of Eligibility (XII Passing Place), Nationality, Gender and Category/PwD (only from Beneficiary to non-Beneficiary Category).

• It is mandatory for students to pay CSAB 2022 special round registration fee. The participation fee can be paid using Net Banking / Debit card / Credit card or State Bank of India e-challan.

• After the completion of fee payment, all the candidates are required to fill up their fresh chocies. The previously filled choices during JoSAA 2022 rounds (if any) stands null and void.
