CSAB NEUT counselling 2025 registration begins today for BTech admissions in NE states, UTs

Try NowThe Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will start the registration for North Eastern States and Some of Union Territories (NEUT) counselling 2025 today, June 23 for admission to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)-approved institutes through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 ranks. Candidates will be able to apply for CSAB NEUT counselling 2025 on the official website, csab.nic.in from 10 am.

The CSAB NEUT 2025 counselling will be held in two rounds for seats reserved in engineering, technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses offered in eight North-East states including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura and five Union Territories including Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and Ladakh. With this, the Centre aims to provide quality education to areas with less facilities.
Around 2,000 seats are expected to be reserved under the North Easter (NE) states quota and 740 seats will be reserved for UTs.
As per CSAB NEUT counselling 2025 schedule , the last date for registration and uploading of documents is June 30 till 5 pm. Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on July 15.
CSAB NEUT Counselling 2025: Documents required
Applicants will be required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents, in JPG of PDF format, which will be verified later:
- Any photo ID proof
- JEE Main 2025 admit card
- Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth
- Certificate and Marks sheet of qualifying examination
- Caste category
- PwD certificate, if applicable The certificate should stand valid up to December 31, 2025.
- Proof of place of examination center in case of final qualifying examination is from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)
- Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC)/Domicile, if applicable
- Medical certificate
- Declaration or undertaking from the candidate
- Special Benefit claim certificate (if applicable)
How to apply for CSAB NEUT counselling 2025?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for counselling:
- Visit the official website, csab.nic.in.
- Click on CSAB NEUT tab
- Click on the registration link under candidate activity board
- Enter JEE Main 2025 application number, password and security pin.
- Click on “Sign In” button.
- Fill the application form and upload the required documents.
- Download and save the application form for future reference
