Subscribe NowThe Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), Bihar, will open the registration window for the Bihar Police Constable recruitment exam 2025 tomorrow, October 6. Eligible candidates will be able to fill out the application form through the official website at csbc.bihar.gov.in.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,128 posts across various departments. Of the total vacancies, 1,603 are reserved for the Prohibition Constable at Level 3 posts, 2,417 openings for Kakshpal (Prison Warder) at Level 3 and 108 vacancies for Mobile Squad Constable at Level 2.
As per the official schedule, the last date to register for the CSBC Bihar Police Constable 2025 exam is November 5. To register for the exam, candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. In addition to the examination fee, applicable bank charges should be paid, which will be automatically deducted by the bank during the online payment process.
CSBC Bihar Police Constable 2025: Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for the CSBC Bihar Police Constable 2025 exam is given below.
Age criteria
For this recruitment, candidates should be at least 18 years old, and the maximum age will vary according to their category. As per the official notification, the minimum age of a candidate will be calculated as of August 1, 2025, while the maximum age will be calculated as of August 1, 2023.
Educational qualifications
- Candidates should have passed the Class 12 exam.
- Or hold a Maulvi Certificate issued by the Madrasa Board of the Bihar State Government.
- Or possess a Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate issued by the Sanskrit Board of Bihar State.
- Or have any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Bihar State Government.
